Hello! I am MJ Thee Shooter.
I'm a professional traveling lifestyle photographer located in El Paso, Tx, but I'm originally from the Bronx, NY. As long as I can remember I've always had a camera in my possession. If I wasn't taken photos of my family and friends; I was in the photos with them. Capturing beautiful memories has been one of my favorite hobbies and portraiture has become an obsession of mine lately. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing the rejoice of their feedback. I want to accommodate the needs of everyone I shoot, so they can look back at those images with satisfaction and gratitude. I aspire to take images that one wants to show the world, images that'll be passed down from generation to generation. I achieve that by doing my research during a consultation with each clients, so their images can be a reflection of them. The goal is to create something unforgettable. With that being said, I decided to manifest my hobby of photography and editing into a career, and finding a career that does not feel like work is important to me. Ever since I made that decision I've been happier than ever. I love to capture traditional shots where the clients are posing and looking directly at the camera. However, candid shots are one of my favorite. In my opinion candid shots reveal the true reality of a moment that is very unforgettable.
